PLUGIN GPA is a Chrome extension designed to assist public school teachers in efficiently completing weekly test correction forms. By automating the filling process, it drastically reduces the time spent on this repetitive task from an average of 40 minutes to just seconds. The extension gathers necessary data from the school platform and fills it into the official state platform form, eliminating the risk of human error that can impact students' grades. This is particularly beneficial since the two platforms do not communicate directly, necessitating such a solution.
The extension addresses the significant burden of manual data entry, where teachers can face over 900 checkbox clicks per class, especially in schools with numerous classes and students. By minimizing the time spent on bureaucratic tasks, educators can focus more on lesson planning and improving the quality of their teaching.
